About the Role
- Assisting in the preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems.
- Ensuring compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Responding to facility maintenance requests and troubleshooting issues promptly.
- Managing service contracts and coordinating with third-party service providers.
- Maintaining records of maintenance activities inventory and equipment status.
- Supporting improvement initiatives and efficiency upgrades for facilities.
About You
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management.
- Strong team player.
- Able to work under minimal supervision perform under pressure proactive.
