Hogarth is looking for a Sr. Project Manager / Production Manager
What does a Sr. Production Manager do at Hogarth
Their main role is to ensure that clients expectations are met and exceeded by delivering high-quality products and services on time and within budget. The PM will oversee leading and managing multiple projects in a multidisciplinary production environment. Production and post-production workflows knowledge are necessary.
Duties:
- Builds and interprets client briefs properly to set the correct tasks for the internaloperational teams according to the activities needed such as creativity animation filmingaudio programming retouching composing.
- Lead production projects for High-End Production Content Production Print andPostproduction both for digital and non-digital channels.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. They act as the primary point ofcontact for clients handling all their inquiries and ensuring that their needs are met. Theywork closely with clients to understand their requirements provide guidance within theproduction process and offer solutions that will enhance their experience with the
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously. They oversee the entire production processfrom start to finish ensuring that all projects are completed on time within budget and tothe clients satisfaction. They coordinate with other team members including theproduction manager creative director and technical teams to ensure that projects areexecuted efficiently.
- Maintaining open communication with all stakeholders including clients team membersand other departments. They keep everyone informed about project progress challengesand any other issues that may arise.
- Owns and controls finance trackers updating on a daily basis the projects advances andinvoicing situation to provide clear information to the finance department and General
- Generate estimates based on rate cards and take care of the project profitability accordingto agreed projects timelines.
- Prepares projects overages in case they apply.
- Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process. Theyuse their problem-solving skills to find solutions quickly and effectively ensuring thatprojects are completed on time and within budget.
- Makes sure client deliverables comply with size format and quality to be deployed ondigital and non-digital channels.
- Overall a PM plays a critical role in ensuring that clients receive high-quality products and They are responsible for managing the end-to-end production process from clientonboarding to project delivery and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the process.
Requirements:
- A or B.B.A in Film Production Communication Marketing and Advertising or BusinessAdministration.
- Knowledge and experience on production postproduction trafficking workflows includingproduction process and deliverable format for video digital and print materials.
- Promote Teamwork.
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar position
- English proficiency (interview will be conducted in English).
