Job Description Summary: Facilities Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Facilities Manager in the delivery of cleaning maintenance and gardening services to operate and maintain the facility including customer/client services facilities financial management and supplier management.
  • Develop client relationships with key representatives in supporting the clients property management goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage teams of cleaning staff gardeners and maintenance personnel

  • Conduct daily meetings with teams to discuss priorities issues and improvements

  • Guide supervisors to better satisfy client needs and expectations

  • Assist in training and hiring of housekeeping and gardening staff

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning and maintenance protocols and standards

  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned properties proactively addressing any deficiencies

  • Create and follow up on corrective work orders as necessary

  • Ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards across all areas of the facility

  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies gardening equipment and maintenance materials

  • Ensure cost-effective procurement and proper storage of supplies

  • Support the implementation of the EHS management systems

  • Maintain daily client conversations to identify potential improvements

  • Handle customer complaints and feedback implementing corrective actions as necessary

  • Support requests associated with Jones Lang LaSalles Management and Operations team

  • Manage daily rosters to ensure optimal staffing and coverage

  • Plan weekend deep cleaning and gardening activities

  • Create monthly management reports highlighting overall performance

  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

  • Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices

  • Support facility-specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving savings goals

  • Continuously identify cost savings opportunities

  • Coordinate supplier management program consisting of goal setting performance criteria and performance review

  • Oversee the maintenance of all landscaped areas including lawns trees shrubs and potted plants

Sound like you To apply you need to be:

  • Knowledgeable and experienced
  • Diploma/degree in facilities management administration or related field

  • 3-5 years experience in industrial or manufacturing facility management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software

  • Understanding of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment

  • Knowledge of gardening and landscaping practices

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Positive attitude and can-do approach

  • Strong conflict resolution abilities while maintaining professionalism

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with current facility management technologies and practices

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
