Salary:(negotiable depending on experience and qualifications) bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Join us as a Service Manager in Residential Childcare where youll lead a team of managers dedicated to providing outstanding care for children aged 5 to 18 with complex needs including emotional and behavioural challenges.
What Youll Do:
Oversee and manage a cluster of up to 6 residential childrens homes all to accommodate 2 children each home has a registered manager.
Act as the Responsible Individual (RI) ensuring compliance with Ofsted and Quality Care Standards.
Support and develop Registered Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional care.
Drive performance maintain high occupancy levels and achieve sustainable outcomes.
Foster strong stakeholder relationships to promote our services.
What Were Looking For:
Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Experience: At least 2 years in Registered manager position of a children home.
Residential Care Experience: A minimum of five years experience within residential care
Driving: A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Commitment to creating a safe nurturing and high-performing environment.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards in childrens residential care.
