Salary: 37652 to 43896 per annum
Location: Manchester - Fountain Street
Hours: 36 hours per week

Were seeking an experienced Contract and Compliance Officer to join us on a permanent basis.
Well look to you to oversee the management of a patch-based portfolio of properties with a managing agent in place providing communal services. Youll liaise regularly with managing agents to ensure sites are managed in line with the legal and contractual agreements in place and that health and safety compliance is always maintained and risks are identified and actioned.
Youll Lead on all contract management matters for the managing agents on your patch and be the first point of contact. Youll also lead and/or contribute to specialist projects as .
To be successful youll be flexible and organised with previous experience of contract management. youll have experience of completing site inspections/audits as well as good working knowledge of health & safety compliance.
