Your Opportunity
The Psychosocial Support Program (PSP) is a vital program in the community in partnership with the Healthy North Coast PHN supporting people living with mental illness on their recovery journey.
We are seeing a Program Manager to lead our team across the Mid North Coast region based in Coffs Harbour.
In this pivotal role you will be part of our Leadership Team overseeing a dedicated group of seven staff members who deliver targeted psychosocial support to young people aged 1525 years. These supports are aimed at building resilience and enhancing psychosocial skills for those experiencing mental health challenges.
Our team operates across Port Macquarie Grafton Lismore Coffs Harbour and Nambucca Heads. Regular travel to these locations is essential and fully supported with a pool vehicle and travel during work hours.

With a significant background in leadership in the Community Services and/or Mental Health and with the child youth & family sectors you will be confident in your values-based leadership and workforce planning. Other requirements include:
