The Role:
As a Table Games Coordinator you will be responsible for scheduling the operations of table games efficiently.

Target Rate of Pay: $25 per hour

Responsibilities:
Foster an environment that embodies Ballys Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled entertaining atmosphere
Enthusiastically promote Ballys customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
Maintain a clear line of communication at all levels of operation when appropriate
Post daily dealing hours and toke rates
Ensure compliance with all regulatory controls
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all signed paperwork and pit documents
Investigate and resolve guest complaints
Assist in training staff
Conduct employee coaching sessions
Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
High School graduate or equivalent
Two years of Dealer experience preferred
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Must have above-average math skills
Must have a broad knowledge of casino rules regulations and procedures
Must be able to handle cash transactions with a high degree of accuracy
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Lift up to a maximum of 50 pounds and frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Frequently required to push kneel climb stoop bend and twist as well as reaching overhead.
Requires manual dexterity to deal and collect cards and chips
Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversight.
In this position you may be exposed to bright lights loud noise and stressful situations.
