About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineering Technical Lead. This role will be based in 6750 Building Makati City.

The Software Engineering Technical Lead role involves managing a team of IT professionals ensuring diverse top talent are retained. The role also involves overseeing the design development and maintenance of different IT solutions ensuring security reliability and scalability of solutions. The role requires engagement and partnership with different stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Build team alignment ensuring team has a clear understanding of the business global priorities. Hire attract and retain talent for the delivery organization. Communicate and reinforce the desired work culture including a focus on personal and process safety. Recognize accomplishments and team member contributions.

  • Engage effectively with stakeholders and delivery partners including peers at other locations to align and execute prioritized and strategic initiatives. Support the digital enablement of business workflows and manage overall team performance and escalate any concerns.

  • Oversee the execution and delivery of cost-effective scalable and value driven IT solutions ensuing high availability and performance integrating new technologies as needed. Enable others to work effectively and collaboratively in a multi-discipline multi-function multicultural and matrix environment.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and provide solution architecture guidance. Your leadership style should improve engagement and motivation to promote innovation accountability and professional growth within your team.

  • A quick learner who can adapt and navigate in a dynamic environment through critical thinking and decision-making skills. Your organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. Able to work effectively across multiple teams and vendors and influence them on strategic goals. You should be able to negotiate towards a Win-Win outcome.

  • Broad technical IT Experience related to solution performance reliability cybersecurity IT Compliance outsourcing modernization and agile delivery methodologies. Offer hands-on technical direction ensuring solution is scalable maintainable and integrates with cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications or specialized training in relevant areas will be advantageous.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical lead or similar role. A proven track record of leading teams towards valuable outcomes.

  • Development experience (e.g. .Net C# Python Angular) implementation and hands-on experience on different IT applications/systems (e.g. SAP S4 Hana ServiceNow Workday). Proficiency with SQL databases familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and Windows server environments.

  • Proficiency in Cloud computing (e.g. Azure) Scripting (e.g. Ansible BASH PowerShell) and data analytics will be an added advantage.
