Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements implement HCM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes enhance talent management and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you can participate in the implementation of Workday Human Capital Management solutions. As a Senior Associate you can analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. This role requires proficiency in English an active Workday HCM certification and at least one year of Workday Implementation experience along with the ability to resolve functional issues and translate business requirements into practical application configurations.

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 4 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Active Workday HCM certification preferred

- 1 year of Workday Implementation experience preferred

- Analyzing business requirements for application configuration

- Proficiency in Workday solutions for functional issues

- Knowledge of Workday Security and data sources

- Creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)

- Excelling in communication skills
