A Shift Inchargesupervises operations staff and resources during a specific work shift in various industries such as manufacturing retail or call centers.Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth workflow meeting production or sales targets maintaining safety protocols resolving issues managing employee performance and reporting to management.Success in the role requires strong leadership technical skills relevant to the industry problem-solving abilities and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
