Were looking for a motivated CTP Claims Support Officer to join our Claims Operations this role youll provide essential administrative and support services across our CTP & Personal Injury Insurance teams helping us deliver a seamless experience for customers.
What youll do
Lodge Personal Injury claims & gather required information to complete lodgement.
Validate claim details referring to business partners when needed.
Prepare proof & dispatch outbound correspondence to support claim lodgement & management.
Manage the request receipt & dispatch of claim information (e.g. police reports).
Schedule independent medical exams & appointments including preparing required documentation.
Enter accurate information into ClaimCenter & complete audit/review tasks as required.
Provide customer service support via insurance phone queues.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment supporting continuous improvement & colleagues across Claims.
What youll bring
Strong attention to detail with the ability to process information accurately.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) & confidence managing queries by phone.
A customer-first mindset with a focus on quality service & timely outcomes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office & ability to learn internal systems quickly.
Strong organisation time management & problem-solving skills.
Flexibility & adaptability to support change team priorities & process improvements.
Previous experience in administration operations or customer service (insurance or contact centre experience highly regarded).
