What you get to do:
Working in Overnight Park Quality youll perform a wide variety of prep duties prior to the park opening. Working in a team environment you will model a positive attitude a high level of energy and an unyielding commitment to quality. You will:
- Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner
- Perform prep duties prior to park opening that can include:restroom cleaning sweeping mopping trash removal/ disposal vacuuming office breakroom and hallway cleaning store/merchandise area cleaning cobweb & dust removal/cleaning laundry and various projects (including pressure washing window cleaning etc.)
- Follow standard operating procedures necessary to perform job functions to serve a quality product
- Provide excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business need
What it takes to succeed:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work overnight shifts varying between 7pm - 6am
- Communicate effectively and professionally with ambassadors and all others conducting business on our properties
- Must be able to lift carry push and pull up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis. Some specific work areas may require heavier lifting
- Perform the following physical activities on a frequent basis: bend kneel squat stand walk climb simple grasp and fine manipulation tasks reach with hands and arms at shoulder level or below climb and reach with hands and arms above shoulder level
- Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights if needed
- Must be able to work indoors and in dimly lit outdoors in varying Florida weather to include extreme heat.
- Position will be exposed to cleaning chemicals fumes dust odors and possibly cold/heat temperature extremes
- Work flexible schedule/hours based on business need to include overnights weekends and holidays
- Availability with at least one day being a weekend day and available to work holidays
