Job Description
Our client is looking for a Relief Student Care Teacher to provide care supervision and guidance to primary school students ensuring their safety well-being and positive development.
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (1PM - 4PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care supervision and guidance to primary school students before and after school hours.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during daily routines and activities.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Assist students with homework spelling and other academic-related activities.
- Facilitate enrichment recreational and character-building programmes.
- Supervise meal times hygiene routines and dismissal procedures.
- Step in to conduct lessons or activities when regular staff are absent.
- Support centre operations and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Centre Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Education Psychology or Child Development.
- Prior experience in student care enrichment teaching or preschool is an advantage.
- Passion for working with children and ability to manage groups of primary school students.
- Good communication patience and classroom management skills.
