Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Relief Student Care Teacher to provide care supervision and guidance to primary school students ensuring their safety well-being and positive development.

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (1PM - 4PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide care supervision and guidance to primary school students before and after school hours.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during daily routines and activities.
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
Assist students with homework spelling and other academic-related activities.
Facilitate enrichment recreational and character-building programmes.
Supervise meal times hygiene routines and dismissal procedures.
Step in to conduct lessons or activities when regular staff are absent.
Support centre operations and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Centre Supervisor.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Education Psychology or Child Development.
Prior experience in student care enrichment teaching or preschool is an advantage.
Passion for working with children and ability to manage groups of primary school students.
Good communication patience and classroom management skills.
