OVERALL ROLE
The role is responsible forIFM- Client AccountOperationsManagement. The Sub-Regional Director - drives thebusiness by managing all functional and operational responsibilityand contributing to the strategic growth of the business. This role is the key role in the sub-regional account structure.
The Sub-Regional Director is integral to supporting the Regional Director to drive and deliver a high level of client satisfaction establishing and managing the service delivery team delivering key regional initiatives as well as ensuring global consistency in processes systems and role also ensures efficient and consistent operation of all facility management activities to meet contractual obligations with respect to the property portfolio of the Client throughout the region achieving the Clients regional outsourcing objectives of cost savings consistency and risk management.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Sub-Regional Functional Leads/Subject Matter Experts (SME)work streams to supportthedelivery teamsacross the region
Ensure consistent reporting and coordinationregionally and to the global team
Using data to drive strategic decisions
Support theRegional Directortodrive andachieve goals and objectivesincludingP&L risk energy targetsand the accountSLAs &KPIsfor the account
Coordination with global functional leadsto ensure thedelivery of account objectives
Manage country leads within the sub-region and be a contact point for any account related issues provide training and to provide support in issue resolution.
Business Strategy
Work with the Regional Director in defining the regional account strategy
Work with global and region in defining the goals and objectives
Represent IFM- Clientinthe internal andexternal networking forums and client functions
Financial Management / Cost Control / Profitability
Lead the Operational review processand facilitate the provision ofaccurate financial and commercial management informationto the account Regional Director along with regional IFM management and the global account executive team as required on a monthly basis.
In conjunction with Finance Leads support the preparation of accurate budgets and forecasts
Manage and control the account P&L with the Finance Leads to achieve the business financial objectives.
Client/Stakeholder Management
Develop strong relationships with key personnel in the Client organization
Ensure close contact is established with client organizations to remain abreast of current strategy thinking policies and procedures
Resource Management
Work with regional Human Resources lead onrecruitmentand selection strategies
Work with Regional Director and global SMEs in defining and driving theperformance management of staff
Work withregional Human Resourcesto developregionspecific training and skills development programsand ensure the global training targets are met
Ensure succession plans are in place for key personnel in the regional team and coordinate same for all client service delivery staff through the management team
Senior Management Team Responsibilities
Active participation or representation in all in-Country IFM management meetings
To identify issues and assess problems using a logical and rational approach and develop options and strategies to resolve
Organize regularoperational meeting to ensure the SMEs and hub/country leads are aligned
Organize regular forums fornetworking andengagement for senior regional management
