About the Role
We are looking for Italian English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Lisbon. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support resolving inquiries and ensuring a high-quality service experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone chat and email in Italian and English.
- Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work in a multicultural team environment with rotating schedules.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Italian and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work rotative shifts (MondaySunday).
- Candidates who have previously worked for ByteDance (any LOB BPO or country) will not be considered.
Work Schedule
- Initial schedule: Monday to Sunday 07:0023:00 (rotative shifts) with 2 rotating days off.
- Later stage (TBC by client): 24/7 coverage rotative shifts.
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1000 (x14 months)
- Performance Bonus: 100 (x11 months)
- Welcome Bonus: 2000 (paid after joining)
- Meal allowance: 7.23/day
- Transport allowance: 20/month
- Health insurance: Available from day 1 (with small contribution); free after 6 months
- Position bonus (Braga only): 20/month
