Procurement Lead

We have an exciting opportunity asProcurement Lead. In this role you will be a part of the Project Procurement Team delivering sourcing and procurement excellence to the business. You will be responsible for procurement activities related to 3^rd party suppliers within several product categories such as electro motors generators transformers sensors and services.

As a part of the project procurement team you will work closely with project team to secure competitive prices on 3^rd party equipment delivered according to agreed terms quality and on time.

Key accountabilities

• Supplier management
• Support Project managers on supplier related tasks
• Issue RFQ PO placement and terms & conditions negotiation with support from commercial
• Project specific sourcing (Search select and onboard new suppliers)

Qualifications and experience

• Higher education (technical and/or financial education (Bachelor or Master))
• Professional experience in a similar role is preferred (with international procurement and logistics)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English both spoken and written
