Job Summary

As Team Lead System Performance (all genders) you will be responsible for the further development of a rapidly growing team. Your team oversees the technical monitoring of our parking facilities and serves as the interface between Operations and Engineering - ensuring the long-term reliability of our this way you directly contribute to achieving our company goals! You will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with colleagues from Product & Engineering and Technical Implementation.

What to expect

  • Leadership: You will take on direct leadership responsibility and be in charge of building and developing a team of up to five people.
  • Motivator: You foster motivation within the team create an open feedback culture and a trusting atmosphere - building a high-performing team as a result.
  • Performance Analysis & Monitoring: Together with your team you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of our hardware systems for parking space management and identifying anomalies in detail. Your team takes a holistic view of processes and can substantiate correlations using data.
  • Process & Product Improvements: You contribute to company-wide process improvements and monitor the implementation and success of product enhancements.
  • Cooperation: You collaborate with other Team Leads in the Operations department and coordinate interfaces with other departments especially Engineering.
  • KPIs: Together with your team you define and achieve your performance goals.

Inspire us by

  • Background: You hold a degree in Business Informatics (Industrial) Engineering or a comparable field.
  • Experience: You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in Operations Operations Data Analysis or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Leadership: You have already gained initial leadership experience or have built teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical Know-How: You possess a strong technical understanding of hardware and software as well as solid analytical skills when working with data and figures. You also bring advanced Excel skills and basic programming knowledge (e.g. Python) as well as experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Metabase or Looker).
  • Structured & Organized: You are characterized by analytical thinking and a structured thorough approach to work.
  • Solution-Oriented: You work results-oriented proactively contribute your own ideas and solutions and have a strong understanding of operational processes and their impact on other teams and the company as a whole.
  • Communication: You have excellent communication skills in English (C1). You can get to the point clearly discuss technical matters with the Engineering team and explain them in simpler terms to non-technical stakeholders.
