Job Summary
FBS Accounting is responsible for the oversight and operation of accounting processes and systems of Ford Motor Company and its affiliates across the globe including Financial Reporting Accounting Policy Inventory Accounting Accounts payable Sales Accounting and Accounts receivable Fixed Assets Lease Accounting and Payroll accounting.
The position requires solid content curation skills that enhances the E-learning experience of trainees.
Responsibilities
- Directly support the use and delivery of E-learning content for various training programs (functional analytical and soft skill) and Business Continuity Process
- Collaborate with Accounting team to drive/ deliver upskilling training content and self help videos
- Manage iERP process videos including screen recording testing understanding and creating a Learning Management System for pathway videos and final certification
- Edit videos based on process changes and support GIS compliance on video-based trainings
- Support to impart knowledge on creating trouble shooting and editing videos to Accounting L&D team
- Develop creative videos for awareness use industry synching tools that can enrich and reward the training
Qualifications
- Strong experience in implementing E learning solutions with particular emphasis on Adobe Captivate Adobe Effects etc.
- Good communication skills and proven track record of developing video based content or E-learning modules
- Ability to understand requirements and effectively turnaround the videos with creativity in a shorter timespan
- Exposure to implementing pathway-based learning will be an added advantage
- Ability to troubleshoot videos/ content based on business requirements
