Position Summary
As a Senior Product Manager within the Systems Gaming team you will support the planning positioning and delivery of key product lines with a focus on the Elite Bonusing Suite and promotional bonusing modules developed by L&W. This role manages product planning and execution for existing business lines informed by market research customer insights and industry trends. You will become a subject matter expert (SME) on the Systems product portfolio deeply understanding how each product delivers value in your region. Youll operate at the intersection of product development and execution translating customer requirements and market needs into business use cases and go-to-market plans.
Key responsibilities include gathering market requirements executing product roadmaps developing business cases and product launch plans. The Product Manager ensures timely and coordinated product releases that meet or exceed customer expectations. The Product Manager works closely with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering marketing and salesto ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
Essential Job Functions:
Support product lifecycle planning and management of each product category including the development of product roadmaps business cases and product launch plans.
Market mapping and opportunity discovery work closely with commercial leads to define opportunities within new and existing customers.
Sales enablement support for marketing team SME for pre-sales.
Works with hardware product management to ensure we are aligned with product forecasting product road mapping and product life cycle management.
Review and maintain competitive product analysis.
This is a hybrid role (3 days a week) reporting into our studio based in Las Vegas NV.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
59 years in product management ideally within Gaming
Experience with software architecture SDLC and technical operations preferred
Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
Skills & Attributes
Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
Excellent planning organization and time management skills.
Strong Project Management experience across cross-functional and offshore teams.
Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences.
Detail-oriented results-driven and customer-obsessed.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and navigating ambiguity.
Requires full understanding of the technical skills used to accomplish the work.
Comfortable and familiar with L&W technology tools and processes required.
Resolves a wide range of issues with discretion.
