Envoy Recruitment is seeking compassionate and driven Registered Nurses to join a Surgical Trauma Unit under new leadership committed to fostering a positive culture professional growth opportunities and strong work-life balance.
As an RN in the Surgical Trauma Unit you will deliver direct patient care assessing planning implementing and evaluating care for patients recovering from surgical and trauma-related conditions. Youll work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the highest quality outcomes.
Provide direct evidence-based patient care across the surgical trauma population
Conduct ongoing assessments implement individualized care plans and evaluate outcomes
Collaborate with physicians advanced practitioners and multidisciplinary staff for comprehensive care delivery
Educate patients and families on recovery safety and discharge planning
Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards hospital policies and safety protocols
Contribute to a collaborative supportive team culture focused on growth and excellence
Education
Required: Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred: BSN or higher
Experience
New Graduates welcome to apply
Ideally 1 year of RN experience but not required
Passionate RN seeking opportunity to work toward high acuity patient care
Licensure & Certifications
Active Multi-State RN license (or must obtain within 30 days if relocating from another Compact state)
AHA BLS certification (required within 7 days of hire)
AHA ACLS and NIHSS certifications (required within orientation period)
