Identify evaluate and onboard new suppliers to ensure quality cost-effectiveness and reliability.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure supply continuity.
Conduct supplier performance evaluations and risk assessments.
Procurement Operations:
Manage end-to-end procurement activities from request for quotation (RFQ) to purchase order issuance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement needs and timelines.
Ensure timely delivery of goods/services and resolve any supply or quality issues.
Cost Management & Negotiation:
Negotiate pricing contracts lead time and payment terms to achieve cost savings and minimize risk.
Compliance & Process Improvement:
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and generate procurement reports for management.
Support audit processes and documentation requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization across the procurement function.
Education & Experience:
Diploma in supply chain management Business Administration Supply Chain or a related field.
3 years of experience in sourcing procurement or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
Excellent communication organizational follow up abilities and analytical skills
Ability to work in manufacturing and fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
