Customer Service Representative German Market
Location: Work-at-home (WAHA) Remote from anywhere in Greece

About the Role
We are currently hiring Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. If you enjoy helping others solving problems and working in a fast-paced digital environment this opportunity is for you!
Youll be the first point of contact for customers providing top-notch support while representing a global brand (brand name not used publicly).
Working Hours
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday
- Shifts: Between 09:00 and18:00
- Rotating shifts apply
Compensation & Benefits
- Gross Base Salary: 1200/1300month (depending on the project)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 200/month based on metrics
- Training: Fully paid lasting 15 working days and from home
- Relocation Support: Yes
- Rental Agency Costs: Covered
Skills & Requirements
- German: Native or C2 level
- English: B2 level minimum
- Technical knowledge: Very good (ability to handle product/service inquiries efficiently)
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving attitude
- Comfortable working independently from home
