Customer Service Representative German Market

Location: Work-at-home (WAHA) Remote from anywhere in Greece
Start Date: 02/10/25 (Multiple starting dates available)
Contract Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are currently hiring Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. If you enjoy helping others solving problems and working in a fast-paced digital environment this opportunity is for you!

Youll be the first point of contact for customers providing top-notch support while representing a global brand (brand name not used publicly).

Working Hours

Schedule: Monday to Sunday
Shifts: Between 09:00 and18:00
Rotating shifts apply

Compensation & Benefits

Gross Base Salary: 1200/1300month (depending on the project)
Performance Bonus: Up to 200/month based on metrics
Training: Fully paid lasting 15 working days and from home
Relocation Support: Yes
Rental Agency Costs: Covered

Skills & Requirements

German: Native or C2 level
English: B2 level minimum
Technical knowledge: Very good (ability to handle product/service inquiries efficiently)
Strong communication skills and problem-solving attitude
Comfortable working independently from home
