Join the Booking Team as Customer Support Agent (Dutch English) Fully Remote!

Position: Customer Support Agent (Dutch English)

Location: Remote / Athens Greece

Start Date: 26th December 2025

Working Hours: Mon/Friday 10:00- 18:30 and Saturday/Sunday 11:00-7:30 Rotative

Salary: 1500 x 14

Join the team as a Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English. You will help provide an exceptional customer experience manage reservations and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Relocation Info (if moving from abroad):

Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date for hiring documents.
3 weeks accommodation in a hotel close to the office.
Up to 300 support for relocation (first payment).
Legal support with hiring documents (candidates must provide required documents).

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries
Manage and track reservation processes
Solve issues and coordinate with relevant departments
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch and English
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
Team player with excellent communication skills
Flexible with working hours
EU citizenship or full market access residence card
