Job Description

Business Change Analyst

Location: Leeds or Manchester - Hybrid

Function: Transformation & Delivery (CAPTG)

Lead change that shapes the future of an entire portfolio.

At CAPTG Europe our Transformation & Delivery team is at the core of strategic investments across the business. We partner with CSuite leaders Centres of Excellence and every function from Product and Engineering to HR Finance Marketing and beyond to deliver meaningful transformation.

Now were looking for a Business Change Analyst who thrives in complexity cuts through the noise and turns big ideas into actionable change that drives results.

The Opportunity

This isnt a boxticking analyst role. Youll be embedded at the heart of highvalue transformation programmes collaborating with senior leaders overcoming barriers and using insight to deliver real lasting impact.

Youll:

  • Analyse and understand processes systems and organisational frameworks to uncover improvements.
  • Create clarity with requirements process maps and dayinthelife playbacks.
  • Partner with Change Managers to shape recommendations and build detailed change roadmaps.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels from operational teams to the Board.
  • Foster transparency through strong governance reporting and stakeholder engagement.

What Youll Bring

  • Significant experience analysing complex business change for senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to simplify complexity and design changes that deliver tangible value.
  • Proven expertise in process design change analysis and creating compelling deliverables.
  • Confidence engaging at Board/CLevel to shape priorities and influence direction.
  • Skilled in planning communications analysis and stakeholder reporting all at pace.
  • Workshop facilitation stakeholder management and excellent written/verbal skills.
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint Excel and visualisation tools.

Bonus points for:

  • A degree in business change or related fields.
  • Experience in largescale business transformation or change management.
