At Yokogawa were driven by innovation and a commitment to excellence in supporting industry-leading technology and engineering solutions. We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join our high-performing Solutions Delivery team based in Perth.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment loves supporting a collaborative team and is passionate about delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.
What youll do:
- Accurately process inbound service orders and technician hours for Maintenance Agreements and Projects.
- Coordinate invoicing procurement and maintain technical databases and service records.
- Act as the first point of contact for service-related inquiries and job allocations.
- Provide administrative support across service documents reporting and internal coordination.
- Liaise with suppliers internal departments and Yokogawas global factories on service-related needs.
- Manage travel arrangements meetings and general office administration.
- Support the wider services team during peak periods or team member leave.
What youll bring:
Youre a team player with:
- 2 years experiencein a similar administration role preferably within an engineering or technical environment.
- Strongattention to detailtime management andmultitaskingcapabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business systems and a knack for learning new tools.
- Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise and resolve queries efficiently.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
