- Proficient in computer systems with experience in Opera Cloud being a distinct advantage.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends holidays and nights.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to guest needs
