We are looking for a System Engineer whose attitude skills and work ethic will embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. Somebody who is passionate about AV whether you are the go-to expert in your home school or church and can always find a solution to any AV problem. We will provide the necessary training support and work environment to help you succeed. What are your responsibilities
Support AV System Configuration Standards
Collaborate with the clients System Engineering team to establish and maintain configuration standards for AV systems.Develop Long-Term AV Collaboration Strategies
Create scalable and reliable strategies to support a robust and flexible AV collaboration environment across the enterprise.Optimize AV System Performance
Perform on-site alignments and adjustments to ensure systems operate at peak performance.Generate System and Support Reports
Provide detailed documentation on preventive maintenance cycles equipment status issues and support activities.Assist in AV Solution Design and Implementation
Contribute to the development and execution of AV collaboration solutions tailored to client needs.Support Project Planning and Design Reviews
Partner with clients to review designs and implementation plans for proposed AV projects.Conduct Site Surveys and Requirement Gathering
Assist in collecting end-user requirements and performing site assessments to inform AV system planning.Research Emerging AV Technologies
Investigate new technologies to enhance AV capabilities and support innovation at the client site.

-A competitive base salary (DOE) Pay Range
-Employer matched medical and dental insurance (available after 60 days of employment)
-Employer matched 401K up to 3% (at 6 months of employment)
-Bonus eligibility that is based off a results oriented incentive plan (at 3 months of employment)
