Responsibilities:
Cold Call & Re-Engage Lost Accounts
Proactively reach out to accounts that have missed meetings or stopped responding.
Use phone email and text to re-establish contact and get them back on track.
Schedule new onboarding sessions or help complete pending steps to move the account forward.
Save At-Risk Accounts
Contact accounts considering cancellation and make a strong retention effort to win them back.
Address objections uncover pain points and present solutions that demonstrate value.
Negotiate outcomes that maximize client retention.
Drive Engagement with Stalled Accounts
Identify accounts that are paying but not progressing in the onboarding process.
Re-engage them with consistent outreach and guidance to ensure they move forward.
Motivate and influence clients to take next steps and unlock value.
Sales-Style Outreach & Tracking
Hit weekly outreach goals with a mix of cold calls emails and follow-ups.
Document all conversations and engagement results in our CRM.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of stalled lost and at-risk accounts moving them toward retention.
What Success Looks Like
High volume of cold calls and follow-ups completed each week.
Accounts recovered and moving forward in onboarding.
Cancellations prevented and retention rate improved.
Consistently hitting or exceeding re-engagement and retention quotas.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in sales retention or account recovery roles preferred.
Strong communication and persuasion skills (both phone and written).
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and cold calling.
Driven by metrics results and achieving targets.
Ability to remain resilient and positive in the face of objections.
