As Advanced Nurse Unit Manager youll provide expert clinical leadership drive quality improvements and support a dedicated team delivering compassionate person-centred care to older adults across diverse community settings.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

  • Provide clinical and professional leadership guiding nursing and non-clinical staff in delivering high-quality person-centred aged care.
  • Oversee service delivery strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives that enhance safety care standards and restorative services.
  • Lead workforce development through mentoring training and supporting staff to grow skills and promote a positive learning culture.
  • Manage projects budgets and stakeholder relationships to ensure effective sustainable community aged care services.
