Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional support and ensuring that their experience with our company is positive and memorable. As a Customer Service Specialist you will engage with customers through various channels including phone email and live chat addressing their inquiries resolving issues and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
