As intellectual property owners have different needs compared to sellers we are inventing ways to detect product authenticity product integrity as well as copyright trademark and other product quality this role you will be responsible for identifying launching and creating awareness of programs and initiatives for brands to protect their intellectual property and create an accurate and trusted experience for customers on Amazon. This is a high visibility role in one of Amazons most important priorities worldwide and you will need to work with international stakeholders across Amazon.

The ideal candidate is a strong marketer and earns trust through performance and relationship building thinks strategically and analytically about Customer challenges and how to align our messaging. This individual will also assess content gaps and work to build assets to fill those gaps. The right candidate should have a strong record of delivering results timely and effectively. Additionally this role requires native level Japanese written and speaking communications ability.

Serve as the subject matter expert for Brand Protection Program in addition to owning the management deliverables and reporting of marketing materials.

- Develop and align Brand Owner journeys with relevant content campaigns activities and initiatives for each solution and ensure cross-functional Amazon Business teams are aligned to these journeys.

- Identify and package relevant marketing materials based on defined Brand Owner journey maps with the objective of helping new Brand Owners protect their Brand on Amazon

- Build strong relationships across with Global and Geo (North America Europe and Asia Pacific) Brand Protection teams to ensure efforts are aligned with other content strategies and objectives including localizing Geo-relevant content.

- Provide clear consistent and frequent communication to global stakeholders to ensure clarity on content activities status goals and results.

The TSE (Trustworthy Shopping Experience) in Japan works to ensure that all products offered in Japan are safe for our customers compliant with all product safety legal requirements and meet consumer expectations. It does that by bringing product/risk science and technical expertise together with technology solutions to serve the Amazon business. Our vision for Product Safety & Compliance is to support Amazons mission of offering the widest selection of products available while protecting customers from potential unsafe & non-compliant products. We are looking for a dynamic organized self-starter to set standards develop and implement assessment programs and partner with retail operations and transportation teams to achieve compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly visible space and be part of a fast-growing company!

Selling Partner Services

- Strong program/project management skills with sufficient autonomy
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Language: Native level in Japanese; Business level in English

- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email web analytics and CRM (Marketo Tableau Salesforce etc.) for targeting segmentation reporting for demand generation
- Experience using customer research hard data and metrics to back up assumptions generate forecasts and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
