Leverage global internal and external resources to drive network process and equipment alignment to achieve world-class manufacturing performance. Establish Training Disciplines Alignment Programs and Team/Talent management to enable virtual clustered scale across the network. Leverage suppliers to achieve benchmark manufacturing performance discovery and implementation of equipment and process best known methods (BKM) equipment utilization optimization cash cost and labor efficiency optimization and continuous improvement project prioritization and execution globally. Support the ID1 HVM site in Boise through coaching training and implementation of HVM network BKMs systems and practices to support the site development ramp and integration to the network. Collaborate with sites Procurement Global Quality and other OCT departments and external suppliers to accomplish Microns objectives. Position requires international and domestic travel.

Employer will accept a Masters degree in Engineering or related field and five years of experience in job offered or in a FAB Engineer-related occupation.

Position requires experience in:

1. Semiconductor Wet Etch process equipment and process owner experience including area tool hardware maintenance tool installations and tool calibrations;

2. Total Productive Management program experience including processes and methodologies to improve equipment performance in areas including alarm reduction utilization chamber to chamber matching and efficiency;

3. New tool startup including installation qualification and deinstallation;

4. Wet Process area inventory management capacity planning and lean manufacturing expertise to improve area operations;

5. Parts management and defect reduction problem solving methodologies to reduce Product risk and improve area Quality performance.
