Job Summary
Working under the general supervision of Principal Investigator and in accordance with established.Qualifications
Essential Functions
Collects and codes data.
Transfers collected data to code sheets.
Prepares data for keypunching / computer input.
Documents system changes informing supervisor of conflicts between coding methods and protocol.
Prepares written reports on data as appropriate.
Performs basic research experiments.
Assists with analysis of experimental data using basic statistical methods.
Performs literature searches.
Assists with maintenance of a clean and orderly lab.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Experience
Enrolled in a Bachelors degree program 0-1 year required and Math statistics or programming background of coursework 0-1 year preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Basic Computer literacy.
- Attention to Detail.
- Good Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Customer service skills.
