As a flow machining cell - Manufacturing Engineer for GT growth & industrialization you will work closely with the MFG ENG Leader and cell leader and will be responsible for:

  • Developing a multi-year operational plan define departmental initiatives and support activities and projects

  • Fine tune specs and tech alignment with suppliers for new equipment and implement investments on internal lines prioritizing them according to the re-layout and phases

  • Supervise & prioritize progresses and provide detailed plans of the investments deployment & resources onboarding;

  • Financial tracking of Cap-To-Do

  • Be the focal point to coordinate initiatives collaborating with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams (production engineering finance facilities maintenance fixtures and tooling)

  • Understand the scope and operational requirements/risks and work with the project team to diagnose and fix problems from launch/commissioning to site maintenance and process optimization

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or equivalent knowledge or experience

  • In-depth understanding of complex and highly technical manufacturing concepts and principles

  • Good experience in Manufacturing Process Control

  • Significant experience in Turbo-machinery component manufacturing or its repair and overhaul

  • Good knowledge of quality systems

  • Fluency in English

  • Strong Leadership skills and team working attitudes

  • Demonstrated Project Management planning controlling resource allocation issue management

  • Innovative & Problem solving approach
