Typical Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation:Operating and controlling various industrial machines such asrotary kilnsor raw material processing machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Monitoring & Control:Overseeing machine performance andprocess parametersto maintain product quality and meet production specifications.
- Maintenance:Performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on machinery to prevent malfunctions and ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Assurance:Ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
- Coordination:Liaising with other operators technicians and departments including electrical and mechanical teams for smooth plant operations.
- Safety Compliance:Following and enforcing safety standards and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving operational issues equipment malfunctions and quality problems to keep production running smoothly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Physical Stamina:Ability to stand for extended periods lift heavy objects and handle the physical demands of the role.
- Technical Skills:Knowledge of operating specific industrial machinery and using hand tools.
- Attention to Detail:Crucial for monitoring processes ensuring product quality and following instructions accurately.
- Problem-Solving:Ability to analyze issues troubleshoot equipment problems and find effective solutions.
