Job Description
Do you want to join a global fund manager in energy infrastructure investments If so Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is currently looking for an Event Communication Specialist with expert-level proficiency inAutoCAD to join our Events team based in Copenhagen.
Team
TheEventsteam plays a pivotal role in shaping the cultural and professional landscape at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. It is a dynamic fast-paced team delivering high-profile events across global markets and known for meticulous planning and precise execution. Their portfolio spans large-scale conferences immersive brand experiences and creative campaigns that leave a lasting impact. You will work with a tight-knit team of five colleagues in a collaborative supportive and innovative environment. Working closely with our Head of Events you will be bringing the creative vision to life with the precision craft and visual excellence of an art director.
Role
In this role you will support the Head of Events in translating strategic direction into impactful event communications and visuals. You will be responsible for developing cohesive creative assets ensuring every design elementfrom stage visuals to technical drawingsis delivered to exacting standards. Your AutoCAD skills will be key in creating detailed stage layouts floorplans and production drawings alongside producing digital print and on-site communication materials. You will also assist in the creative design of proposals and presentations in PowerPoint ensuring high visual impact and consistency with brand guidelines. Additionally you will support in the execution of events and handle related administrative tasks as needed. Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to
- Interpret creative and brand direction from the Head of Events into tangible event communication assets.
- Design and produce digital print and on-site materials ensuring brand consistency and alignment with event objectives.
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings for stage design seating plans signage placement and technical layouts.
- Assist in creating visually compelling proposals and presentation decks in PowerPoint.
- Support in the planning coordination and execution of live events.
- Collaborate with event managers producers and technical teams to integrate creative assets into event delivery.
- Liaise with external creative agencies photographers videographers and designers to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Ensure all assets meet production specifications and deadlines.
You
You are a motivated professional with a relevant masters degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative role (Art Director Senior Designer or similar) with a solid portfolio of event-related work.
We look for the following in a candidate
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign After Effects) and presentation tools.
- Expert in AutoCAD producing accurate and production-ready event drawings.
- Adept at creating visually engaging proposals and presentations in PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of graphic design typography colour theory and visual storytelling.
- Experience producing assets for stage design large-format printing and motion graphics.
- High attention to detail with the ability to adapt and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative direction-led environment.
- Background in live events experiential marketing or an agency setting is beneficial.
- Familiarity with technical production requirements for large-scale events and knowledge of digital and interactive media for hybrid or virtual events is an asset.
