TheEventsteam plays a pivotal role in shaping the cultural and professional landscape at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. It is a dynamic fast-paced team delivering high-profile events across global markets and known for meticulous planning and precise execution. You will work with a tight-knit team of five colleagues in a collaborative supportive and innovative environment. Working closely with our Head of Events you will be bringing the creative vision to life with the precision craft and visual excellence of an art director.

Role

As Visual Design Specialist you will be the creative force translating strategy into striking visual assets. Your role will focus on brand storytelling through designacross digital print stage and spatial environments. With your expertise in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite you will create both the technical foundations (layouts floorplans stage designs) and the creative layers (graphics presentations motion branding) that define the look and feel of our projects. This position is ideal for a designer with a strong sense of aesthetics attention to detail and the ambition to leave a creative signature on international assignments

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain a strong visual identity across all communications and environments.
Create AutoCAD drawings for stage design seating layouts floorplans and spatial planning.
Design high-impact visuals for digital print and large-format applications.
Produce motion graphics and animations to enhance live and virtual experiences.
Create visually compelling proposals and presentations in PowerPoint that inspire stakeholders.
Partner with external creative agencies photographers and videographers to ensure visual excellence.
Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently while pushing creative boundaries.
Keep ahead of design trends and proactively bring fresh ideas into projects.

You

You are a motivated professional with a relevant masters degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative role (Art Director Graphic Designer Senior Designer or similar) with a solid portfolio of event-related work.

We look for the following in a candidate:

Proven experience in a creative role with a portfolio that demonstrates strong design aesthetics and visual storytelling.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign After Effects).
Expert knowledge of AutoCAD producing accurate and production-ready drawings.
Strong ability to create visually engaging proposals and presentations in PowerPoint.
Deep understanding of graphic design typography colour theory and visual storytelling.
Experience with stage design branding motion graphics and large-format visuals.
Ability to balance creative vision with production requirements and deadlines.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in live events experiential marketing or creative agencies.
Familiarity with technical production for large-scale events.
Knowledge of interactive and digital media for hybrid or virtual experiences
