At Acelero Learning Delaware were transforming early childhood educationand were looking for caring resourceful and community-driven professionals to partner with families in achieving their goals. As a Family Advocate youll build trusting relationships with families connect them with resources and support their childs success in school and in life.

What Youll Do

As a Family Advocate you will:

• Partner with families to set and achieve goals that support their childs education health and well-being.

• Connect families with community resources such as healthcare employment housing and social services.

• Conduct family assessments develop family partnership agreements and track progress toward goals.

• Support families in navigating transitions including preparing children for kindergarten.

• Facilitate parent meetings workshops and events that strengthen family engagement.

• Advocate for families and their needs ensuring their voices are included in program planning and decision-making.

• Collaborate with teachers center staff and community partners to provide holistic support for children and families.

Who You Are

Were looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about building strong family partnerships and helping families succeed.

• Compassionate resourceful and an excellent listener.

• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

• Comfortable connecting with people from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus!

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates degree in Social Work Human Services Family Services or related field (Bachelors preferred).

• Pass a physical exam and background check.

• Valid drivers license or reliable transportation required.

• Experience in family advocacy case management or community outreach preferred.

This position earns up to 22.05 Hourly
