In this context we are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Lead to oversee the development and delivery of IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in guiding our agile teams through the implementation of modules such as CSDM Service Mapping and Event Management while ensuring alignment with business objectives fostering continuous innovation and optimizing the user experience.
- Act as the strategic partner between business needs and ITOM technology.
- Own and drive the ITOM roadmap ensuring alignment with platform standards.
- Oversee the design development and configuration of ITOM modules.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain a high level of engagement.
- Define functional requirements with the solution architect and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team.
- Participate in PI planning: define scope prioritize objectives and set deadlines.
- Continuously enhance product value based on user feedback and operational insights.
- Challenge the status quo and promote innovation constructively.
- Reside in Canada and already be legally authorized to work.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- 5 years of experience as a Tech Lead Developer Product Owner or equivalent role with ITOM.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructures in complex environments.
- In-depth expertise with ServiceNow ITOM modules (especially CSDM and Event Management).
- Availability outside standard business hours to collaborate with the team based in Australia (2x /week in evenings).
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and managing Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing distributed/virtual teams.
- Analytical detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
