Job Description
Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring English Language Teachers to provide in-person lessons to our clients.
Job Information

Students: Two children (ages 5 and 11 separate classes)
Location: North York ON M2N 5S9
Preferred start date: ASAP
Lesson format: Face-to-face in-person
Student 1 (Ref 188461 age 5)
Availability: 2 times per week 45 minutes each
Schedule: Monday through Thursday starting at 4:30 pm
Current level: Complete beginner
Native/other languages: Portuguese
Goals: Increase vocabulary speaking and listening skills
Student 2 (Ref 188460 age 11)
Availability: 2 times per week 45 minutes each
Schedule: Monday through Thursday starting at 4:30 pm
Current level: Low intermediate
Native/other languages: Portuguese
Goals: Improve confidence in speaking with native speakers expand vocabulary and listening skills and strengthen reading
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging interactive lessons tailored to each childs age and level
Incorporate games role-play and activities to encourage participation
Focus on vocabulary pronunciation listening comprehension and conversation practice
Monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly
Communicate regularly with parents on development
Qualifications
Native or near-native proficiency in English
Certificate or degree in language teaching education linguistics or related field
Minimum of two years of teaching experience preferably with children
Ability to create a supportive and motivating learning environment
