As a Platform Technology Manager youll lead the technical direction and performance of platform systems across Suncorp. Youll work closely with cross-functional squads senior stakeholders and technology leaders to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals and built within architectural guardrails. This is a leadership role where youll influence outcomes drive innovation and support a collaborative inclusive culture.
This role offers strong career progression opportunities within Technology & Transformation with exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives and senior leadership.
What Youll Do
- Lead technical decision-making and ensure solutions align with platform strategy and risk appetite
- Collaborate with Platform Leads and Practice Leads to navigate architectural guardrails and approvals
- Provide technical thought leadership across platforms tribes and T&T domains
- Monitor platform performance and guide the roadmap for platform-owned assets
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence strategic direction
- Support a culture of innovation inclusivity and continuous improvement
What Youll Bring
- Experience in platform or enterprise technology leadership roles (510 years)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Expertise in platform architecture application performance and strategic delivery
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in dynamic fast-evolving environments
- Advanced communication and analytical skills
- Experience with change management and customer-focused delivery
