We are currently working with aleading global FMCG company seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is a 1year contract role with the potential for renewal based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication planning and organizational skills with a handson approach to handling office operations event planning and travel arrangements. This is a dynamic role that requires someone energetic and resourceful capable of working in a fastpaced environment.
What Youll be Doing
- Event & Workshop Coordination:
- Plan organize and manage internal and external events workshops and meetings.
- Ensure smooth of events by coordinating logistics venue bookings catering and technology setups.
- Manage postevent feedback and reporting to ensure continuous improvement.
- Office Management:
- Oversee office operations including supplies management facility maintenance and vendor coordination.
- Handle office relocation projects ensuring minimal disruption and smooth transitions.
- Act as the main point of contact for any officerelated issues liaising with building management and service providers.
- Travel Arrangements:
- Manage travel bookings for the Senior Director and team members including flights accommodations and transportation.
- Ensure compliance with the companys travel policies and maintain accurate travel records.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Director Franchise Operations and assist in daily office tasks.
- Prepare reports presentations and documentation as needed.
- Handle expense reporting and invoice processing.
Who You Are
- Handson and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Previous experience in office management event planning or administrative roles is preferred.
- Energetic resourceful and solutionoriented with a cando attitude.
- Familiarity with travel arrangements and office relocation projects is a plus.
