Position: Customer Service Agent or Tech Support Agent or Sales Support Agent

The job:

Chatting with customers via phone messages & email (no boring scripts real convos!)
Helping out with cool products from World Market Leaders
Solving hiccups and making customers smile
Handling warranties & replacements
Giving product tips & recommendations (because you know whats best).

We need YOU because:

You speak the required language fluently (min. C1 level)
You have strong English skills
Youve got an eye for the detail
Problem-solving is your superpower
You act cool under pressure & you are able to stay calm and professional when things dont go as planned

. Customer support tech-support or sales experience Nice to have but not a dealbreaker!
