Job Summary
Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert field service engineering support for medical imaging equipment specifically in general X-ray and CT modalities.
- Install troubleshoot and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry regulations.
- Act as a technical resource for customers addressing any operational and technical queries.
- Coordinate and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met.
- Document all service activities including service reports and maintenance logs in compliance with company procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in imaging technologies and participate in training programs as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to facilitate efficient service delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a Field Service Engineer.
- Experience in the required modality specifically general X-ray and CT.
- Formal training from OEMs such as PHILIPS GE or SIEMENS or equivalent training from recognized third-party institutions (RSTI or ALL PARTS).
- Must provide a valid trained certificate from any of the mentioned OEMs (Philips/GE/Siemens).
- Active state license required.
- US citizens only.
Desired Experience:
- No gaps in education or employment history.
- No job hopping; job stability is mandatory.
- Preference for candidates with experience in healthcare technical staffing.
