Role: Sr. Systems Engineer/Administrator
Location: Hybrid - Mississauga ON
Role details: Up to $110000 p/y

Automation & Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Strong scripting (PowerShell Terraform Ansible) to automate manual tasks streamline processes and modernize infrastructure.

Core Infrastructure Expertise: Hands-on troubleshooting with Active Directory VMware Windows Server InTune/Modern Workspace Azure & AWS.

Operational Excellence & Security Mindset: Root cause analysis (RCA) incident/problem/change management and ability to design/implement secure compliant infrastructure solutions.

Manage and support infrastructure across VMware AD Windows Server Linux M365 InTune Azure AWS.

Implement automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform Ansible).

Troubleshoot root cause analysis (RCA) and manage incidents/problems/changes.

Design and implement security standards and compliance (Key Vault audit logging cluster policies).

Drive operational excellence customer support and documentation.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Security DevOps and App Support teams.

Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when needed.

Continuously modernize and optimize infrastructure.

Years of Experience: 5 years progressively responsible in enterprise technology operations and multi-cloud.
