Job Summary
Configuration Lab Technician
Germantown WI
12 Months Contract
Mon-Fri 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Overtime: Minimal; optional and based on business needs
Qualifications :
Required:
1 years of experience in IT configuration deployment or desktop support
Familiarity with Windows macOS iOS Android and Chrome OS devices
Experience configuring and deploying hardware using Intune Autopilot SCCM JAMF or PXE
Basic networking knowledge and experience working with switches access points and gateways
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
Preferred:
Proficient in using a ticketing system (Autotask preferred)
Previous experience working in an MSP or fast-paced deployment environment
Hardware Repair/Troubleshooting Background
