Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the dealerships online sales presence and activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dealerships digital footprint and online reputation.
- Manage and optimize the dealerships website for user experience and search engine visibility.
- Handle and distribute online leads to appropriate sales team members.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to purchase ensuring a seamless online-to-offline transition.
- Generate and increase online traffic to the dealerships website and digital platforms.
- Create and manage appointment schedules for potential customers interested in test drives or in-person visits.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote vehicle inventory and dealership services.
- Analyze web traffic lead conversion rates and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize online sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
- Train sales staff on effective online communication techniques and digital sales processes.
- Ensure compliance with online advertising regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Manage relationships with third-party automotive listing sites and online marketplaces.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in automotive e-commerce.
- Coordinate with the sales management team to ensure accurate and attractive online vehicle listings.
