Job Description
Job Title: Brand Manager/Account Manager(junior-mid-level)
Location: NY must be willing to work in office 3-5 days/week schedule to be determined based on team needs.
Duration: 3 months with potential to extend
Hours/wk: 40 hrs/week
Hourly Rate: $50-60 depending on experience
This will be a W2 Engagement

Key Responsibilities
Brand Governance & Guidelines
- Serve as the go-to resource for brand guidelines governance and compliance.
- Review incoming requests briefs and creative to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Provide feedback and corrections when work is off-guideline.
Project & Brief Management
- Act as the brand manager/account lead for internal campaigns ensuring briefs are complete clear and actionable.
- Partner with creative teams to deliver projects on time and on brief.
- Manage smaller tactical projects (email banners newsletters internal campaigns).
Internal Communications & Campaign Support
- Support employee experience marketing initiatives (e.g. Employee Appreciation Week Talent Appreciation Day internal benefit enrollment communications).
- Draft or review internal communications and ensure messaging aligns with brand voice.
Cross-functional Partnership
- Act as a connector between corporate functions operations and creative teams.
- Provide air traffic control across incoming requests ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Confidently manage up push back when necessary and provide air cover for leadership.
Strategic & Tactical Balance
- Contribute strategic perspective when shaping projects while also handling the tactical execution needed to keep work moving.
- Proactively identify gaps raise flags and ensure issues are addressed before they escalate.
Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in brand management marketing or client-facing agency account management.
- Strong understanding of brand governance and creative review.
- Experience managing internal and client-facing briefs and coordinating across creative/operations teams.
- Confident communicator with the ability to push back manage up and operate with autonomy.
- Thrives in a fast-paced move fast environment where requests are often urgent.
- Excited by brand work ability to interpret and enforce brand guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills with a nothing falls through the cracks mentality.
- Agency background or creative review experience is a plus.
