We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter with 13 years of experience to join our HR this role you will partner closely with hiring managers to identify top technical talent manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented motivated and proactive and eager to build strong relationships while supporting the companys hiring goals. You will work under the guidance of our Technical Recruiter while further developing a structured and effective talent acquisition strategy for the organization.
What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
- Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes interviews and other forms of communication.
- Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
- Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
- Vet potential employees credentials.
- Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.
- Attends career fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at career fairs.
- Ensures a seamless transition over to other HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Ability to provide insights on how to continuously improve the companys ATS.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by our current Technical Recruiter.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree. Preferably in related technical and/or human resources field.
- 1-3 years of related recruiting experience required with prior experience in technical roles a plus.
- Knowledge of Architectural Engineering Consulting industry preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of technology technical roles and technical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related software
- Comfortable coming into the office 4 days a week
