Job Summary
Our AI tech client based in San Francisco is looking for an on-site sourcer. The role is a six-month contract that could be extended. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to come on-site.
Qualifications :
- One to three years of experience as a sourcer preferably in the tech industry
- Able to come on-site four days a week in San Francisco
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus
