Job Summary
- Write and design engaging email communications for prospective students.
- Create and edit content for social media platforms with a focus on ZeeMee.
- Assist in designing flyers digital ads posters and other promotional materials that support recruitment goals.
- Collaborate with Admissions staff to develop and execute creative strategies for student engagement.
- Ensure all content adheres to Augsburgs brand identity and voice.
- Track and manage projects communicating regularly about progress and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized files and assets for ongoing campaigns and communications.
- All other duties as apparent or assigned by supervisor(s).
Qualifications :
- Current Augsburg University student.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to tone and audience.
- Creative self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable engaging in digital communities and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Interest in promoting Augsburg to prospective students.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Major in Graphic Design Marketing Communication or related field.
- Experience with ZeeMee Instagram or similar platforms.
- Content creation including photography or video production skills are a plus.
